Shakespeare Farm Training Programs

Private Evaluation Sessions

Bring your horse to Shakespeare Farm for a private, comprehensive 90-minute evaluation session. This includes:

  • An assessment of your horse in-hand, on the lunge, or under saddle
  • A full Masterson Method® bodywork evaluation to identify areas of restriction or imbalance
  • Rider seat, posture, and technique review
  • A discussion of your goals and challenges from both horse and rider perspectives

You’ll leave with a clear, customized plan to begin restoring balance and rebuilding trust and communication. By appointment only.

Tier 1: Foundations Reset

Ideal for horses needing biomechanical reboot, emotional stabilization, and the first steps toward balance. Also ideal for those needing targeted support to rebuild connection and reestablish sound fundamentals. Includes:

  • Full intake evaluation (conformation, posture, feet, nutrition, and previous training history)
  • 2 sessions/week of classical in-hand or groundwork
  • 1 Masterson Method® bodywork session per week
  • Access to regular updates, photos, and recommendations

Perfect for:

  • Recently acquired horses
  • Horses showing tension, resistance, or shutdown
  • Owners unsure of previous training or trauma history

NOTE: Minimum commitment is 30 days.

Tier 2: Rebuild and Repattern

Your horse’s mind, body, and movement—brought back into harmony through refined work and individualized care. Includes:

  • Full intake evaluation + video gait analysis
  • 5 sessions/week of personalized classical training (long-lining, in-hand, or under saddle as appropriate)
  • 1–2 bodywork sessions per week (Masterson Method® + complementary techniques)
  • Emotional re-patterning strategies for horses showing shut-down, overreactivity, or brace
  • Optional rider coaching sessions or video consults

Perfect for:

  • Horses recovering from incorrect training or mechanical compensation
  • Owners looking to ethically restart a performance career
  • Horses returning to work after time off, pain, or burnout

Together, we will refine technique, resolve tension, and create the conditions for peak performance rooted in softness and understanding.


NOTE: Commitment is 3–30 days.

Tier 3: Refinement and Performance

For horses and riders ready to elevate their work through precision, tact, and classical integrity. Includes:

  • Biomechanical assessment + full movement video evaluation
  • 5–6 sessions/week of under-saddle or advanced in-hand training
  • Weekly Masterson Method® and targeted bodywork to support performance
  • Customized performance conditioning (hills, cavaletti, balance lines)
  • Strategy development for competition, sale preparation, or long-term wellness
  • Weekly coaching or video analysis sessions for rider integration

Perfect for:

  • Competitive or upper-level horses needing a refresh or refinement
  • Owners preparing for show season or long-term goals

NOTE: 30-90 day commitment.
